In today's post I am reviewing “Simple Detox Ultra Light Moisturiser”.

SIMPLE has a good range of products which are fragrance free and are suitable for sensitive skin. I love almost all the products from their range and they work really well on my skin. I do have a combination acne prone skin so I put many actives on my target areas in order to control the “SITUATION” but sometimes my skin becomes really sensitive due to the treatments 🥵. 

Simple skincare products are gentle enough for everyday use and do not irritate my skin.

Packaging:

The product comes in a pretty white bottle with a cap. The bottle has a nozzle on the top which helps in controlling the amount of the product.

Texture and consistency:

This is a lightweight moisturizer with water-like consistency. It spreads easily and gets absorbed into the skin within a few seconds.

Directions of usage:

Apply 3-5 drops  of the product on the whole face and neck after cleansing and toning.

My experience with the product :

As I have mentioned earlier, I have a combination acne prone skin. My skin has a mind of its own, sometimes I don't understand how to deal with it. It's really oily at times or like a dry patchy field at places. What I want from a skincare product is to control the sebum production without overdrying my skin. I do love a good hydrating lotion without that overly greasy feel on my skin. Especially when I am working the whole day or going out at the beach, I really want something lightweight on my skin so that it can be breathable and free.

Simple detox ultra hydrating lotion is a good blend of humectants, emollient and antimicrobial agents. The moisturizer helps in hydrating and moisturizing my skin and dealing with acne at the same time.

The product is fragrance free and contains witch hazel leaf water and zinc PCA which have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. The moisturizer helps in controlling sebum production, keeps my face shine free and feels super light on my skin. The dimethicone present in the lotion gives a silky smooth finish and acts like a primer for my bb cream. The moisturizer can be used daily at both AM and PM if you have very oily skin. My skin does not feel stretchy or dehydrated after using this.
